What is it made of?

Bammies diapers are made from OEKO-TEX®- and FSC®-certified bamboo fibers across the entire inner and back surface of the diaper, every part that touches your child's skin. Bamboo fiber is naturally soft, breathable, antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and gentle on sensitive skin. The inside features a super-absorbent core that quickly locks in moisture and keeps it away from the skin, with a breathable, largely plant-based top layer. The diapers are free from fragrance, chlorine, latex, PVC, phthalates, alcohol, and added dyes, and everything is smartly packaged in paper.

Learn more about what makes bamboo gentle on sensitive skin

Built to keep leaks at bay

The super-absorbent core distributes moisture evenly without clumping, no sagging diaper, no “how did that happen?” moments. Soft, flexible edges fit snugly around the legs and waist for a secure, gap-free fit, even during crawling, rolling, or unexpected acrobatics. The diaper is designed for up to 12 hours of leak protection, day and night. Longer sleep, fewer changes, and a calmer everyday life, that's leak protection you can actually feel.

Dermatologically tested

Every Bammies diaper undergoes thorough dermatological testing to ensure it's gentle enough for daily use. We carefully select skin-friendly materials and avoid anything that could cause irritation, so even sensitive skin and skin prone to eczema can feel comfortable and protected. Certified by Dermatest®, every diaper meets strict requirements for safety and softness, the material that touches your baby's skin every day is clean, safe, and carefully evaluated by experts.

Frequently asked questions

Which diaper size should I choose?

Go by weight, not age. Is your child between two sizes and growing fast? Pick the bigger one.

  • The Mini 3–5 kg
  • The Newborn 4–7 kg
  • The Baby 6–9 kg
  • The Toddler 8–14 kg
  • The Kiddo 10–16 kg,
  • The Explorer 14–20 kg.
What do I do if my child is between two sizes?

Our diapers run slightly larger than many other brands. If your child is between two sizes, we recommend the smaller size in pant diapers and the larger size in open diapers. If your child is growing fast, the larger size is usually the right choice in open diapers, and with a subscription you can change size at any time.

What certifications do Bammies have?

Our diapers are Dermatest®-tested, OEKO-TEX-certified, and the core is made from FSC-certified cellulose.

How much does a bamboo diaper absorb?

Bamboo fibers absorb roughly three times more than cotton. Together with the core, the diaper keeps your baby dry for up to 12 hours.

Does the diaper last all night?

Yes, up to 12 hours of absorption. For dry nights: check that the size is right, that's where most night-time leaks start.

Why does the diaper leak at night?

Almost always the wrong size or the wrong fit — not the wrong diaper. Too small = too little capacity, too big = gaps at the legs. Try going up a size for the night.

How does the diaper subscription work?

Pick a size and delivery schedule, and your diapers arrive at your door before you run out. Pause, skip or cancel whenever you like.

Is shipping free?

We cover the shipping on orders over a certain threshold, and you'll see the current threshold at checkout. Subscription boxes usually land above that threshold, so they're delivered free of charge straight to your door.

How do I dispose of the diaper?

In the general household waste, like all disposable diapers. Never flush diapers down the toilet or put them in the compost.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If something doesn't feel right — get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Register your return through our returns portal. We'll include a return label to make the process as simple as possible. Once the return has been received and approved at our warehouse, we'll issue a refund in line with our return policy.

Meet the Mama – Grundaren av Bammies
