Frequently asked questions

Which diaper size should I choose?

Go by weight, not age. Is your child between two sizes and growing fast? Pick the bigger one.

The Mini 3–5 kg
The Newborn 4–7 kg
The Baby 6–9 kg
The Toddler 8–14 kg
The Kiddo 10–16 kg,
The Explorer 14–20 kg.

What do I do if my child is between two sizes?

Our diapers run slightly larger than many other brands. If your child is between two sizes, we recommend the smaller size in pant diapers and the larger size in open diapers. If your child is growing fast, the larger size is usually the right choice in open diapers, and with a subscription you can change size at any time.

Does the diaper last all night?

Yes, up to 12 hours of absorption. For dry nights: check that the size is right, that's where most night-time leaks start.

How does the diaper subscription work?

Pick a size and delivery schedule, and your diapers arrive at your door before you run out. Pause, skip or cancel whenever you like.

Is shipping free?

We cover the shipping on orders over a certain threshold, and you'll see the current threshold at checkout. Subscription boxes usually land above that threshold, so they're delivered free of charge straight to your door.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely happy with their purchase. If something doesn't feel right — get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Register your return through our returns portal. We'll include a return label to make the process as simple as possible. Once the return has been received and approved at our warehouse, we'll issue a refund in line with our return policy.

Meet the Mama – Grundaren av Bammies

Bammies biggest fan!

Our baby was born 2 months premature and at the NICU unit he was provided with the standard premature diapers from a name brand of diapers.
He got diaper rashes from day one, and with everything else going on medically with feeding tubes and breathing assistance etc etc. we felt this was just not ok.
Looking for alternatives i found Bammies and ordered the test kit and took out a 1 month subscription as a trial.
And the rashes cleared right up.
We tried going back to reduce Costa, but found that regular diapers contain so much shit and cused the rashes to come back, so we Camerons back to bammies and do not regret it!
Worth every penny or in our case SEK, 10/10 review from us. Very quick delivery and the discount on the monthly subscription and free shipping is much appreciated.

A negative is that when i ordered period products at the same time, they ship from another location in a seoarate package and I had to pay shipping fee despite paying around 1000 SEK for all products which should qualify me for free shipping. Also the period products arrived about a week after the purchase.

Hi,

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. It truly means a lot to hear that Bammies has made such a difference for your little one, especially after such a challenging start in the NICU. 💛 We’re so happy to hear that the rashes cleared up after switching to Bammies!

And thank you as well for pointing out the issue with the shipping. We completely understand your frustration, and we’d of course be happy to refund the shipping cost from your order.

The reason the products arrived separately is that our wipes and BAM period products are still being shipped from our smaller home warehouse, while the diapers are shipped from our main warehouse. This is also why the BAM products can sometimes take a little longer to arrive. We’re working on improving this so the experience is as smooth as possible going forward.

Thank you again for choosing Bammies and for taking the time to leave such a lovely and thoughtful review. It really means so much to us. 🥰

Warmly,
Filippa

Toppen val!

Men!
